The Problem

Most campus software grew by accretion — features stitched onto monoliths, modules bolted on top of older ones. The cost shows up everywhere a campus tries to actually use the system.

How we got here
The story

Campx began with a simple observation. Spreadsheets, siloed ERPs, and bolt-on chatbots couldn't keep up with what a modern campus needs — and the institutions doing the best work were spending their energy fighting their tools instead of teaching.
So we set out to build a single system of record for higher education — one where AI isn't an add-on, but is woven through every workflow. That system is Campx, and Medha, our built-in AI assistant, is at the center of it.
