Do we own the source code?
You own what matters — your data, configuration, branding, and any agreed custom work, all exportable at any time. The core platform and its source code stay with CampX, by design. A copy of the source frozen in time — without continuous security patches, upgrades, and maintenance — quickly becomes technical debt. We carry that, so your institution never has to.
What does a perpetual license mean?
A perpetual right to use the agreed enterprise version of CampX. There's no annual platform license that resets or expires.
Are upgrades included?

Can it run on our own cloud?

Yes. You connect your own AI provider accounts — Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google Gemini — and CampX integrates and maintains them. You hold the account and control usage and cost, and your model choice can change as providers evolve.

Your perpetual license keeps running, and your data, configuration, branding, and agreed custom work stay fully exportable — no lock-in. A source-code escrow can also be arranged for added continuity.
