Subscription Fees: No refunds provided for subscription fees paid by the college once payment has been processed.

Student Fees: Refunds for student fees collected by the colleges through Campx will be handled as follows:

1. Non-Enrollment: If a student does not enroll in the college , a refund of the student fees may be provided upon request, subject to a processing fee.
2. Withdrawal or Discontinuation: If a student withdraws from the college during the refundable period, a pro-rata refund of the unused portion of the student fees may be provided, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
3. Overpayment or Duplicate Payment: If a student makes an overpayment or duplicate payment of student fees, a refund of the excess amount may be provided upon request, subject to verification from college. 

Refund Request Process: Students must submit refund requests in writing to the college designated department within the refundable period, providing details and supporting documentation. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the applicable terms and conditions of the college.
