On the International Day of Education, the conversation usually centres on access — and rightly so. But access is only the first step. A seat in a college means little if the experience around it is broken: lost records, opaque results, processes that exhaust students before they learn.
Elevating education in India is not only about more institutions; it is about institutions that work. NEP 2020 gave us the vision — flexible credits, multiple pathways, an identity for every learner. Turning that vision into daily reality is an operations problem, and that is where we live.
